To reset Xcode to its factory settings for the logged-in user, run these commands in Terminal:
> defaults delete com.apple.Xcode
> rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Xcode
> defaults delete com.apple.Xcode
> rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Xcode
